Ruth's work has established her as an international, pre-eminent solo performer and master instructor. An improvisor, Ruth transforms her being into characters of great variety. She encompasses archetypal dimensions, illuminated by her unique use of language, gesture and her freedom of mind. Ruth is the founder of her own brand of theater, a technique which encompasses her mastery of sound and movement: Action Theater™.

Lucien Vex, President of LucienVexProductions, improvises and performs with Ms. Lundy through Noise Posse Productions. Lucien Vex began his classical music training at age 10. Learning many instruments, styles, and a nice measure of theory helped progress Lucien's background and repertoire. Within the past 10 years he has performed with many wonderful musicians on the electronic and experimental circuit. In addition to performing and rehearsing with Heather Lundy, Lucien is producing original material under the name Stereo Culture . Linda Rodeck is a corporate drop-out who is now the owner of Speaking Your Mind Productions, a New Mexico based company providing commercial voice-over, radio production, and theater workshops. Linda has apprenticed with Ruth Zaporah, the founder and creator of Action Theater™ for seven years and is a certified teacher in the practice. Linda performs with Heather and other artists through Noise Posse Productions. Linda regrets her fortune 500 past but recognizes that she will never run out of material because of it.

Cassie Terman is a performer, writer, and teacher. Originally trained in dance she began an intensive practice in Action Theater™ with Ruth Zaporah in 1991 and since then has been improvising and creating original physical theater work on stages from San Francisco to Berlin. She performs solo as well as collaborating with Company SoGoNo, Reflex Ensemble, Heather Harpham, and the Action Theater Ensemble. The NY Times has called her and Shinichi Iova-Koga "sure, charismatic performers," creating complex, delicately funny, and magical worlds onstage. She is currently on Faculty at JFK University in Berkeley, CA, and has been teaching improvisation and physical theater workshops for the last 13 years at universities, theater and dance institutions and in the community. Performer, writer and Action Theater teacher Jenny Schaffer has taught and performed Action Theater throughout the U.S. and in the UK. She is currently rehearsing a pair of Samuel Beckett short plays in San Francisco, and is at work on a short film, whose content has been developed using Action Theater.
